1. What is Automation Summit 2025?
Automation Summit 2025 (hereinafter: AS25) is a premier event focused on automation, AI, and digital transformation. Industry leaders, innovators, and professionals gather to discuss the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
2. When and where is the Automation Summit taking place?
The event will be held on April 24-25, 2025, in hotel Le Meridien Lav, Grljevačka ulica 2, Podstrana, Croatia.

3. Who should attend?
The summit is designed for C-level leaders, senior managers and prolific professionals across various industries to share experiences and trace the future of intelligent automation and artificial intelligence, business leaders, IT professionals, automation specialists, engineers, startup founders, and decision-makers interested in leveraging automation and AI for business growth.
4. What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket grants you access to:
- Two amazing days of AS25 content following the action-packed agenda officially starting from 9am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday
- On both days:
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch on both days of the conference
- Organized city sightseing – you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful City of Split with our Tour-Guide organized especially for this occasion – it is in the price and optional. If you decide to join this tour, you will be advised during the conference to reserve your bus-place.
DAY 1:OPTIONAL – Transportation from hotel to city-tour
On the first day of the conference, the option of a guided city tour with a professional tour guide will be announced. You will be directed to our hostess to note your interest.
Based on the number of participants, we’ve arranged the following transportation schedule:
– 1 or 2 buses (depending on number of sign-ups) will depart from the hotel Le Meridien Lav at 6:00 PM, taking guests to the city center where the tour guide will meet them for a 1.5-hour walking tour. After the tour, the group will be dropped off in front of Fabrique at 8:00 PM.
– 1 or 2 additional buses will depart from the hotel at 7:30 PM, transporting all guests who are not attending the city tour directly to Fabrique.
Party at Fabrique – starting at 8:00 PMTransportation from hotel to the party (for those who didn’t choose to go on a city tour)
After the party on Day 1, we’ve arranged the following return transfers for all participants from Fabrique:
– First departure from Fabrique to hotel Le Meridien: 12:30 AM – 1 bus
– Second departure: 1:30 AM – 2 buses
Of course, if anyone prefers to leave earlier or later outside of the organized transfers, they are welcome to arrange their own transportation.

5. How do I register for the event?
You can register online by purchasing tickets in two ways:

*Early bird tickets are available until March 1st 2025 – the price is 550,00 EUR + VAT, so book now to secure the best price.
*after March 1st the ticket prices will be Regular Ticket Prices: 650,00 EUR + VAT
*VAT is 25% in Croatia
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and bank transfers. We can issue an Offer first or Invoice directly – whatever suits your needs better. If you require an invoice for corporate payment, please contact us by filling the webform for hotel accommodation or via email office@automation-summit.com for tickets including your (company) details and we will issue the Offer/Invoice with payment instructions.
