Radovan is a part time lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and a real black belt in Karate.

Boris is a consultant and entrepreneur with an international career in financial services, spanning over three decades. He is the founder of Black Pine Executive Consulting, a management consulting and data analytics company with offices in Belgrade, Dubai and Monaco. Boris was the co-founder of Trizma, now part of M Plus Group and an active investor in several startups such as Grainz, AllSecure, FinServLab and easytovisa. After studying computer science at the Belgrade University, Boris graduated auditing and accounting from the Malta Institute of Accountants and obtained and MBA from the Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. He is the co-founder and President of Foundation Dobar Glas, which helps careers of young classical musicians. He supports the responsible adoption of AI but still prefers Human Intelligence.

Hrvoje Bušić was born in 1976 in Zagreb. After graduating from the First Gymnasium in Zagreb, he enrolled at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in 1995, specializing in military aviation. He graduated in 2000 from the Military Academy in Zadar and furthered his education at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zadar, obtaining a qualification as a flight instructor in the Croatian Air Force. He continued his career at Croatia Airlines, where he worked as a captain, flight instructor, and examiner for the Civil Aviation Agency.In addition to his aviation career, in 2017, he co-founded Duh u boci d.o.o. with a friend, a company specializing in the production of strong alcoholic beverages. Their products have won prestigious global awards, and the Old Pilot’s brand has become a recognized name in the industry.He currently works as a freelance flight instructor and is the co-owner and director of Duh u boci d.o.o., the company behind the Old Pilot’s brand.

For the last 15 years Darko has been consulting clients and implementing IT solutions. He is CEO and co-founder of Robotiq.ai, a product company from Croatia, focused on developing cutting-edge automation platform. He worked in multiple roles from development, sales and consulting. He was a partner in InfoCumulus where he was practice leader for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Before InfoCumulus he worked in Microsoft in different roles, from developer evangelism to enterprise pre-sales.

Bruno Ðuderija has an academic background in the field of Financial Management and began his career as a retailer in a bank branch, where he gained a solid understanding of business processes and customer needs from ‘first hand’ experience. Over some time, his passion for process optimization and willingness to learn led him to specialize in the field of Lean management and process optimization. Today, as a Process improvement specialist in OTP Bank Croatia, Bruno focuses daily on using various Lean methodology tools for optimizing and transforming processes, meanwhile contributing to increased operational efficiency. He continuously develops his own skills and knowledge through education and different conferences, while applying newly acquired knowledge in everyday work with internal clients and creating solutions for the organization’s long-term growth.

Adorján joined Geomant in 2003 as country manager for Hungary. Later he managed the Professional Services team, currently he is the regional director for Central-Eastern Europe and Middle-East. Adorján is a contact center veteran, and helped large enterprise customers such as Vodafone, Unicredit, Generali Group. He started his career at Accenture and was involved in the reorganization of Hungarocamion after its privatization. From 2002-2004 he was Director of Professional Services for Avaya’s Eastern Europe and Middle East region.

Stefano Luparia is a seasoned engineer with over a decade of experience in the technical direction of Scuderia Ferrari HP , where he contributes to the design of current and future Formula 1 cars. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Vehicle Engineering, complemented by a Global MBA.

Currently specializing in New Car Concept within the Chassis Project Engineering area — under the leadership of Technical Director Loic Serra — Mr. Luparia focuses on the vehicle setup and advanced design of next-generation F1 vehicles.
